“A fresh and linear cabernet with currant, berry and cherry. Medium body, firm and silky tannins.”  I would hear those words and my first thought would be, “Ok. I don’t know what that means but I sure do like this wine!” 

I started wanting to go wine tasting and found a few like-minded friends who wanted to join me. I began what we affectionately called The Woodinville Wine Stumble about 4 years ago. I would coordinate about twenty friends for a fun day of food and wine tasting.  

When this new wine district in the Sodo area of Seattle arrived I quickly put together a Seattle Stumble and off we went to explore. We loved it! The tasting rooms were welcoming and there was even a place to get food (Something very important to have on any Stumble!).

Seattle Urban Wine Tours was created, with the help of some amazing ladies, to introduce you to this exciting new Urban Wine District south of Seattle.
